A juicy, mouth-watering absolutely luscious Oregon Pinot Noir from a top producer! Aromas of fleshy ripe cherry and berry with a lick of baking spice on the long fnish. Pair with veal or roast chicken.

Intense - not at all expected from a pinot! Rich, dried and cooked fruit like blackberry, plum, fig. Very spicy with tons of black pepper that makes my mouth water and my tongue tingle. Cardamom and cinnamon. Very intense, very beautiful. Almost too nice to pair with food, but I would probably do something with a lot of black pepper to complement, like a cacio e pepe.

A beautifully integrated Pinot Noir from Oregon's Willamette Valley. Aromatic tart cherry, vanilla and slight baking spice on nose, followed by a mouthwatering palate that adds sous bois, dark chocolate and touch of pepper. Wow! A winner with Sacher Torte. A perfect Mother's Day gift!

I tasted this side by side with the 2016 Joel Gott Pinot Noir from California
Aromas of stewed plum, cherry and spice on the nose. Flavours of cherry and blackberry. Very smooth! Would pair well with BBQed ribs and is great on its own!
If you don't normally like pinot noir, I'd encourage you to give this one a try!

I've become a big fan of Pinot from Oregon. They tend to be somewhere between the more austere Burgundy from France and the heavier ones from California. This Pinot hits the sweet spot! Aromas of sweet caramel, cola, vanilla and raspberry. Gorgeous soft mouth feel with velvet tannins and balanced acidity. Flavours of black cherry and ripe blueberries. This is definitely a wine I'll be adding to my cellar! Tasted May 6, 2018.

This juicy Pinot Noir has sour cherry and tart plum aromas as well a hints of violet, red licorice, and vanilla.
Sour cherry and tart plum flavours follows through on the palate with bitter espresso notes at the finish. It is medium-bodied with velvety tannins. Overall, an enjoyable wine.

Really enjoyed this lush, mouthwatering Oregon Pinot Noir. Aromas of vanilla, tobacco and over-ripe red fruit. Strawberry and dried cherry come through in the mouth. Noticeable tannins, but well-balanced overall. Warm spice and sweet oak on the finish. Pair with soft cheese and prosciutto. Tasted: May 2018

Juicy, ripe red cherry notes as soon as you nose the glass, followed-up with sweet spice and red berries. Pale ruby appearance with watery rim. Well-balanced with crisp acidity and medium body. Ripe cherry and sweet spice flavours with a long cherry finish. Tasted May 06, 2018.

Another great Oregon Pinot Noir to enjoy! This one is showing aromas of cherry, blueberry, fig, warm spices, and a bit of a mocha note. Bright acidity, nicely balanced between fruit, spice and earthy notes on the palate. Enjoy with cured meat and cheese, or grilled pork on the BBQ.

Compared side by side to the 2015 Primarius Pinot Noir from Oregon. This wine has more smoky note on the nose. On the palate, it's a bit more tart and unbalanced. Overall, a good wine and toward burgundy style.

A famed Californian producer making wine in the Pinot Noir hinterland of the West-coast.
Moderate alcohol and smells a lot like a Russian River Valley (abundant juicy fruit).
Medium bodied. Ruby red hue.
Subtle aromatics. Cherry, apple skin, vanilla, squashed boysenberry.
Soft and pliable. Simplicity in a Pinot. Flavours of vanilla and cherry. Delicate florality emerged as it had time out.
Something nice to pair with smoked salmon and capers.

Presentation: Plain understated label, even more basic than its Californian counterpart, but, as always, the basic information needed is there, easy to read
Appearance: Pale ruby
Nose: Medium nose with notes of raspberries and other red fruit, spices (cinnamon, allspice, white pepper),
Taste: Dry, medium body, medium-high acidity, medium-high, grippy, sharp tannins, sour raspberries, leather, earthiness, white pepper
Finish: medium, sour red fruit finish
Overall impression: This is a good, well-made Pinot Noir. We liked the red fruit and spice combination. It would pair well with hard cheese, grilled vegetables, and lighter meats (e.g., poultry).
