This wine has aged beautifully! On the nose, we have juicy black cherry, dried blueberry, ripe strawberry, with cinnamon, vanilla, cedar, chocolate, and hints of parmesan. On the palate, it is full bodied with tannins that are present yet not harsh, and bright acidity. The flavours are of plum, sour cherry, sweet spice, and cocoa. I paired this with barbecued steak and chocolate for dessert. Tasted August 2018

Lots of sun in this Malbec. On the nose, ripe blackberry and strawberry, plum, vanilla, leather, cedar, cinnamon, black pepper, and a touch of eucalyptus. On the palate, ripe blueberry, plum, and sun-soaked strawberry with a touch of vanilla, cocoa, sweet spice, and a kick of black pepper. This is a full bodied Red with medium tannins and balanced acidity. Wine-Food Pairing: Juicy steak grilled on the barbecue. Tasted August 2018

Subtle pear, apple, and cantaloupe aromas, as well as delicate floral notes and slight hazelnut. On the palate, it is light with gentle pear and cantaloupe flavours, along with lemon that lingers at the finish, but is well balanced and not overly tart. Very tasty on its own. Tasted July 2018

So yummy! This off-dry Riesling has loads of mineral notes on the nose, you can smell the limestone, followed by ripe peach aromas with hints of clementine and almond. On the palate, the tartness is marvelous and the wine is absolutely vibrant. We have flavours of green apple, nectarine, lime, clementine, and almond. Delicious! This would pair well with Tandoori lamb chops or with spicy Asian food. Tasted July 2018

Ripe mango aromas on the first nose. After one swirl, freshly cut grass, a touch of grapefruit and hints of vanilla. It's on the palate that the smoky profile really comes through, as well as grapefruit flavours that leave a slight bitterness at the finish. This is a medium bodied White that would be better suited to food. Tasted July 2018

I love the tartness often associated with cool climate wines. Currently, I am loving Ontario wines, especially Pinot Noir and dry Riesling. I have a soft spot for Italian wine. I also love a wide range of sparkling wines, especially those made using the Champenoise method.
