Consistently good each year. Aromas of black plum, blackberry, mocha, vanilla, and warm spice. Full bodied and smooth on the palate with some light-medium tannins on the palate, luscious, ripe fruit, and a lingering mocha and vanilla hint. Enjoy with grilled pork ribs, or any slow-roasted meats.

Smooth and supple. Aromas of black plum, raspberry, leather, spice and a hint of mocha. Full bodied and smooth on the palate. Fruit and berry flavours are ripe and fresh, spicy and slight leather hints along with a touch of oaky vanilla carry though on the finish. Enjoy with grilled pork.

Great balance and tons of flavour! Aromas of plum, raspberry and even a hint of cranberry, with some evergreen and spicy hints. Full bodied and smooth on the palate with balancing acidity, and luscious, ripe berry and plum on the palate. The more spicy and herbaceous flavours come through on a lingering finish. Enjoy with prime rib.

Beautiful!! Aromas of green apple, honeyed lemon, and fresh baked crusty bread. Creamy, with fine, soft bubbles, and bright acidity on the palate, vibrant fruit and a long, toasty finish. This wine was aged on lees for 6.5 years and disgorged in August 2018. Enjoy with oysters or seared scallops.
