Benjamin Bridge's famous Nova 7 is a hit each year, blending fragrant grapes including Muscat, Ortega, Riesling, Geisenheim, l’Acadie and Vidal in a beautiful, slightly effervescent wine at only 6.5% ABV. The result is a balanced wine with notes of white florals, orange blossom, tangerine and a hint of citrus zest. Efferfescence and acidity balanced out the sweetness and residual sugar. Refreshing and delicious! Enjoy on a sunny afternoon.
