Fresh and bright, this lovely Grenache has aromas of cherry and raspberry, along with hints of spice. Medium bodied with mouthwatering acidity, slightly drying tannins on the palate, and fresh, red berry flavours on the palate. The wine is dry and there are hints of stone, spice, and a touch of cedar on the finish. Enjoy with slow braised meats or mushroom dishes.

A pretty and fresh Riesling with aromas of lemon, green apple, concrete, and salty minerslity. Dry, and light bodied with mouthwatering acidity, and vibrant citrus flavours, along with more stony and saline minerality. Enjoy with any shellfish.

A perfect after dinner treat as the weather turns cold, this lovely whisky based cream liqueur with aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, and a touvh of brown sugar. Rich and flavourful, with a nice balance of sweetness, spice, and cream. Enjoy over ice.

Lovely! Aromas of apricot, honey, soft lemon, white florals and a hint of candle wax. Medium bodied, rich and layered on the palate with creamy citrus, hints of floral and a touch of wax on a lengthy finish. Enjoy with pan seared haddock with a rich risotto.

Always a stunning signature wine from Hester Creek. This vintage is made from 47% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Franc, and 22% Cabernet Sauvignon . Aromas of black plum and blackberry, along with hints of mocha, dried herbs, cigar box and campfire smoke. Full bodied, smooth and velvety with soft, subtle tannins on the palate, and medium+ acidity. Lots of rich, deep berry flavours balanced with hints of mocha and smoke along with a touch of a dried herbal note. Enjoy with a grilled steak and peppercorn sauce
