A light and fresh Riesling with aromas of lemon and salty minerslity. Light bodied with mouthwatering acidity, vibrant citrus, more of that stony, saline minerality, with a long finish. Enjoy with any shellfish.

This is such a lovely rose with hints of red cherry, along with hints of watermelon, tangerine, and just a touch of honey blossom. Medium bodied with medium+ acidity on the palate, rounded and ripe red berries with notes of soft citrus. Lovely, rich, and also bright, this is both refreshing and also robust. Lovely! Enjoy with pork tenderloin.

Summery in the glass with aromas of strawberry, grapefruit and pithy lemon. Refreshing and effervescent, with vibrant citrus on the palate with slightly drying tannins. Enjoy with fish and chips.

This blend is predominantly Syrah (77%), rounded out with Grenache (9%), Cinsault, (8%), Cabernet Sauvignon (5%), and Viognier (1%). Aromas of blueberry and blackberry, along with hints of sweet earth, graphite, and cigar box. Full bodied, rounded and smooth, with medium+ acidity on the palate. Fruit notes are rich and deeply concentrated, and the finish is smooth and lengthy. Enjoy with slow braised beef dishes.

This is actually one of my house wines or wines I bring to BBQ's for a few reasons: tasty, great price, crowd pleasing, and a great "gateway to Ontario" wine for those who are not familiar. For me, this hits all the boxes. It's a nice blend with aromas of morello cherry, blackerry, and a touch of cranberry. On the palate this is smooth, with just a hint of tannin, medium++ acidity, and rich, juicy red berry notes. On the finish there is a hint of oak and smoke. Enjoy with anything grilled, from burgers and sausages, to steak.
