Deep golden in colour with aromas of golden apple, pineapple, peach, lemon and honey. It is full bodied with biting acidity that balances well with the sweetness. On the palate you get flavours of honey, apple, peach, pineapple and candied lemon. This will pair well it a fruit tart, crème brule or enjoy it on its own as an after dinner treat. Light pink in colour with aromas of strawberries and hibiscus with flavours that follow through on the palate. It is sparkling, light bodies and slightly off dry. This will be great for an outdoor summer drink when you are looking some a light, not too sweet drink. Tasted on April 29, 2022.

This California Pinot Noir is deep ruby in colour and is teaming with ripe fruit aromas, including raspberry, black cherry, and plum with secondary aromas of black pepper and oak. It is medium-full bodied with light tannins and well balanced acidity with flavours of ripe red berries, vanilla and black pepper leading into a medium fruity and spice finish. This will pair well with poultry as well as cheese and tomato based dishes. Tasted on April 3, 2022.

On the palate you get flavours of lemon and green apple that lead in to a long citrus finish. This will pair well with poultry or seafood in addition to being great on its own for special occasions. Tasted on March 27, 2022.
