Deep purple in colour with aromas of plum, blackberry, raspberry and vanilla. It is medium bodied with medium tannins and well balanced acidity. On the palate you get flavours of dark red fruits, pepper and dark chocolate that leads into a medium dark fruit finish. This will pair nicely with red meats, an excellent addition to your next BBQ. Tasted on January 1, 2021.

Tasted on December 18, 2020.

It is medium bodied with crisp acidity and has flavours of green apple, caramel and lemon zest that leads into a creamy green apple finish. This is will pair well with poultry and pork, I enjoyed it with turkey for thanksgiving dinner. Tasted on October 12, 2020.
