It is medium bodied with crisp acidity and has flavours of green apple, caramel and lemon zest that leads into a creamy green apple finish. This is will pair well with poultry and pork, I enjoyed it with turkey for thanksgiving dinner. Tasted on October 12, 2020.

On the palate you are rewarded with flavours of tart cherry, plum, blackberry and dark chocolate. This will pair well with your next steak or with old strong cheese. A great amarone to treat yourself with. Tasted on August 23, 2020.

On the palate you get favours of cherry, plum, black fruit with a hint of spice that leads into a nice long finish. This will pair well with grilled meats, strong cheeses or a meat lovers pizza. Tasted on August 22, 2020.
