A light and easy to drink sparkling made from a blend of Riesling, Muscat and Pinot Blanc. Fruity and vibrant. Pleasant notes of apple, honey dew and pears. Some sweetness. Very pretty presentation- comes wrapped in pink cellophane cover. Ford Coppola’s daughter (Sophia)must be proud. Worked incredibly well as we welcomed guests for Easter dinner. Tasted April 2019.

Dry, light and crisp. Simple and refreshing with notes of pear, green apple and stone. Great value wine for summer entertaining. Ready to drink on its own or pair with bruschetta, parmesan and baguette. Tasted April 2019.

For lovers of heavily oaked chards. Full-bodied and rich. Pretty golden yellow in the glass . Intense toasted oak notes with undertones of stone fruit. Check out the cool label! Paired very well with aromatic hard cheese and smoked salmon. Tasted April 2019.

Rich, big and lovely. A year in French and American barrels. Well balanced with surprisingly smooth tannins. Notes of Chocolate, violets, dark cherry and cassis. Packs a punch with 14.5% alcohol. Pair with meatballs in a smokey BBQ sauce. Tasted at Taste of Ontario April 2019.

Definitely some sweetness. However, nice acidity to keep it balanced. Notes of apple, lime and finishing with wet stone. Small lot production- may be hard to find. Pair with a mild beef curry. Tasted at Taste of Ontario April 2019.
