Both velvety and structured, this wine has inviting aromas of strawberry, cherry, cinnamon, and violets; ample acidity; white pepper, mint and basil. I would pair with a cheese tray to let this beautiful wine shine!

Lots and lots of black pepper dominates this wine along with dark cherry, plum, leather and a hint of licorice. Black pepper tickles the tongue. I would do this with... pepper-crusted steak?
