A gorgeous rose with lovely notes of field strawberries. Toasty, refreshing, crisp and dry. Ever so festive with its pale pink hue. Cheers!

Full of pale pink bubbles, this wine has aromas of cranberries and citrus and aftertastes of the same. A lovely bottle to share with friends and family over appetizers for celebrations and holidays.

A high proportion of Pinot Noir adds nice depth of aroma and flavour to this pretty pink (pale salmon, really) sparkler - decidedly fresh stawberry/raspberry with hints of toast/biscuit. Very impressive indeed, especially at this price.

A pretty salmon colour with lovely persistent mousse. Light enough to enjoy on it's own or enjoy with appetizers, dessert and chocolate dipped strawberries. Refreshing Niagara acidity with plenty of fresh field berries, zest, yeast and minerality. Can you say "Happy Valentine's Day?"

Fresh wild strawberries, red apple skin, cranberry, lemon/lime, biscuit, and just a touch of hazelnut and smoke. Fine lively bubbles and lots of fresh fruit repeating on the palate, with the toasty notes coming through more, especially on the finish. Excellent length

Beautiful aromas of strawberry, cranberry and pink grapefruit jump out of the glass. The palate is lively and refreshing with notes of rhubarb pie and cranberry. Enjoy with smoked salmon or butternut squash soup. This is a great introduction to the amazing value sparkling wines being done in Ontario.

Pretty pink colour with a similarly attractive nose of lemon, white floral, and white cherry. Expressive white cherry and red cherry on the palate with accents of fresh baked bread and biscotti. Good acidity through the long finish which adds some pleasant minerality to the mix. While each bottling may vary, you can expect 70-80% Pinot Noir, 20-30% Chardonnay, and 30+ months on lees in this perennial pink pleaser. Smoked salmon, cedar plank salmon, or shellfish would make exquisite pairings.

A bright blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay for this traditional method bubbly Brut Rosé from Niagara’s own Henry of Pelham Estates. Cuvee Catharine is pale salmon in colour with strawberry, orange peel and toasted almond aromas. A fluffy pink mousse with flavours of red berries and melon that intertwined nicely alongside lasting citrus-driven acidity. Dry, crisp and great on its own but will also pair nicely with any white fish or salmon dish.

Bright red berry aromas on the palate (strawberry, raspberry). Berry flavours come through on the palate with refreshing bubbles. Dry, fresh, and crisp, beautiful bright acidity, and a long finish. This would be a great party sipper, but would also go well with oysters or smoked salmon. (January 2017)

This is a wonderful celebration wine! A beautiful light coral colour in the glass, with aromas of cranberries, honeydew melon, and a hint of wet stone, consistent and delicate bubbles, toasted almonds and honey in the mouth, and a lasting cranberry finish. A perfect way to kick-off any party!

A pretty coral sparkler with aromas of cranberries, blood orange, and a little citrus. Fine bubbles on the palate with flavours of tart orange, apple, and lemon. Quite dry, with zippy acidity. Great with salmon, or with a fruit plate for breakfast on a weekend.

A delightful Rosé Brut Sparkling wine, made from a blend of 70-80% Pinot Noir with 20-30% Chardonnay grapes which are hand-picked and whole cluster pressed. 24 mos. on lees. Shows bright tart cherry with slightest hints of earth and chocolate expression from the Pinot Noir.
Perfect for Spring brunches or wedding showers.

A beautiful sparkling named after Henry's wife and widow, Catharine Smith. The color is stunning, a pale salmon, and the bottle is elegantly presented. The nose shows signs of berry, orange and hints of citrus. On the palate there are lovely dancing bubbles, slight strawberry and a sharp citrus noting that beautiful Niagara acidity. Divine for any special occasion, would also make a great gift.

This is an 80/20 Pinot/Chardonnay blend. The result is fairy tale pink in the glass. It has a light fruity nose. Fruity on the palate with a hint of ginger. High acid with a crisp fresh finish.

This lovely rosé bubbly from Niagara is a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir. Made using the traditional method, this wine is aged on its lees for over 2 years, contributing a delicious biscuity aroma in addition to that of strawberries and roses. The fine bubbles positively dance on the tongue! The effervescence makes it a great food wine, but is verrrrrry easy to drink on its own.

Little red berries on the nose with notes of slivered almonds. Nice acidity and plenty of fizziness in the mouth and nice length. This would make a good companion for cocktail parties, but it has enough matter to be served with food. Smoked salmon comes to mind.

Nice salmon colour. Grapes were hand picked. A blend of 70-80% pinot noir and 20-30% Chardonnay. Strawberry notes, dry, crisp, floral with plenty of acidity. It has a long, lingering toasty, light strawberry finish. Would pair well with light cheeses and a fruit plate.

Nice colour, nice bubbles!
Appearance: Pale salmon pink
Nose: orange, nectarine.
Taste: Fine bubbles though a little sharp, herbaceous, flowers.
Finish: herbaceous, long finish.
Overall impression: A nice traditional-style bubbly. It would be good for a special occasion, with its pink colour. Makes for a nice present or host gift.
