Nothing "Gris" from this wine for sure! Such a great example of a juicy wine from the cool climate rockstar Marlborough area. Did you know NZ is almost all sustainable? The Soho is another great outcome of this regions green efforts! Silky smooth tropical notes with a hint of spice. Apricot, ripe cantaloupe and faint baked apples with cream... seduction. A nice rich mouthfeel with layers of flavours and punchy acidity that make your mouth water. Meyer lemon, crunchy green pear and crushed gravel. Pair with anything that needs some happy. Tasted march 2019.

I held on to this bottle on purpose as an experiment and tasted in in Feb 2019. I was pleasantly surprised to find loads of juicy dark berries (black currant), balanced acidity and a boldness that didn't revolt. Some interesting herbs like spearmint and identifiable cedar oak influence without feeling like campfire smoke surrounded me. Such a great example of Coonawarra Cab grab a bottle from this area for yourself and the biggest glass you can!

Fabulous with some rich tomato meat sauce over pasta. Totally balanced and concentrated tart fruit with well knit tannins. I'm not a Sangiovese drinker but I love this Brunello!

Great value cab from an excellent region (colchagua). I'm learning that Chilean wine is a fraction of the cost of any Cali cab especially if you know the great regions and this is a perfect example! Notes of floral dark plums. It's savoury with balanced acidity and plums without being jammy minus herbs. Great gang wine with some good steak! Highly recommend for the wing it dinner parties! Stock up!

Wow!! Riesling is a staple in my house and I've been drinking it for a long time. This one changed the game! It's concentrated goodness in the glass! It's so decadent at 7.5% alcohol too. Enticing satin aromas of ripe peach, apricot jelly and petrol. Tempered acidity holds candied lemon zest, juicy peach and the finish is fresh and ripe! So balanced on the ying and yang (sweet and tang)!!! This Riesling is a spatlese (the second hierarchy of six on the sugar level in grapes). I would imagine this would be killer with some hot chicken wings!
