Most de-alcoholized wine doesn’t carry the same “oumph” as the real deal, but make no mistake... this one is a true delight! Flavours of green apples and brioche, with persistent bubbles. Perfect at your next celebration, or paired with stir fry or blackened salmon. Tasted January 2021.

A fun orange wine to try! A white wine that has had contact with the grape skins in the wine making process. Pairs well with Mexican or Indian fare - the sweetness in the wine compliments these spicier dishes. Aromas of clementine, pear, and honey transform into an apricot palate with a zip of lime on the swallow. Try it at your next Taco Tuesday, and priced right for a Tuesday night wine at under $13. Tasted January 2021.

A beautiful Ontario expression of a Bordeaux blend, usually referred to as a Meritage here in Canada, made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes. Rich aromas of black raspberries, cassis, cedar, and a hint of eucalyptus lead to a peppery raspberry finish. Wonderful paired with beef dishes or portobello mushroom burgers. Tasted December 2020.

You had me at Salted Caramel. A delight on its own or added to your coffee, this is a treat of the senses. Buttery caramel and white chocolate swirl in the glass and palate. A lovely hostess gift or a holiday morning coffee treat. Tasted December 2020.

Before bottling, this Canadian whisky has a finishing step of soaking in barrels previously used to make red wine, imparting a delightful marriage of aromas and flavours. The combination conjures memories of enjoying a Toblerone bar! Caramel, pine nuts, nugget, and vanilla swirl in the glass, finished with a dried apricot palate. Delight guests with a sip of this at your next dessert course, or as a campfire treat this summer. Tasted December 2020.
