Andrea Shapiro scored this wine: 90/100

A light and lively sparkling from the south of France. Delicate tiny billowing bubbles with a creamy fluffy lingering mousse. Aromas encompass toasted almonds, yellow apples and delicate white blossoms. Flavours echo much of this with the addition of green apple, asian pears and nutmeg. Acidity is medium plus and superbly balanced. Gorgeous! A perfect weekend starter, or an accompaniment with cheesy apps and a good movie. 90 points - Tasted October 2018

Fragrant, earthy and floral. Made from the Grenache grape. Aromas show cherry, red plum, smoke and leafy forest-laden earth and a touch of mint. Flavours echo the bright cherry freshness with herbal tarragon and crisp stony gravel on the back. M+ acidity and body with firm, balanced tannins. Perfect with antipasto, cheese and aged meats. 90 points

Demure yet displays an abundant bouquet featuring fuzzy white peaches, apricot, white blossoms and Clementine oranges. Flavours are divinely distinct with light crisp yellow apples, delectable starfruit and freshly picked green herbs. A faint touch of salinity also present. Acidity is medium plus but well evened out with the light gleaming body and lingering yellow plum fruit finish. Try this with pan seared scallops topped with apricot chutney. 90 points

A vibrant and full of life sparkling Blanc de Blanc from Graham Beck. Notes of green apple, multigrain toasted bagel and soft stoney minerals. Flavours reveal starfruit citrus, refined splashes of apricot with light touches of fleshy green olives. Rigorously refreshing and delightfully dry. Drink on a special occasion or enjoy leisurely. Try it with soft cheeses and smoked meats. 89 points

An interesting crisp delicate and lightly oaked Chardonnay from Megalomanic wines. Aromas of golden apple, stone fruit and green mango. Flavours reveal toasted almonds, ripe peaches, banana chips and buttery yellow bell pepper veggie notes. Fresh basil also present. Acidity is medium with a balanced medium(-) body and finish. A suitable pairing for grilled shrimp or toasted almonds. 88 points
