An abundance of green fruit and leaves shine amongst lemon curd, lime zest, green apple, stony rocks and flavours of white citrus, peach, shallots, garlic scapes, limestone and graphite. Brisk, mouthwatering acidity with a light body and finish. Spry elements of graphite, cedar and smoke notes persisting into the back. An awesome accompaniment to seafood ceviche or sushi. 88 points - tasted December 2019

A budget friendly organic Aussie Shiraz for quite a reasonable price. Excellent QPR, available locally for $14.95. Red, fleshy plum fruit with an intricate amount of spice. Flavours follow through with elements of dark chocolate, and chalkly stone driven undertones. Lively acidity shines, with a medium body and finish that reveal some persistence of vanilla beans and juicy pomegranate carrying into the back. An awesome pairing for barbecued ribs. 88 points

An organic blend of 36% Syrah, 34% Cabernet Franc, 15% Carmenére and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon with a burgeoning bouquet of cherries, hardwood smoke and deep forest. This too, echoes on the tongue with flavours of strawberry, red plum and a rocky leather saddle. Overall, medium bodied with bright acidity and velvet laden grippy tannins. Paired this with roast beef au jus. 89 points - tasted January 2020

This is a fine easy drinking Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon from PKNT. A medium ruby colour with red glistening reflections. Aromas of blackberries, oak, tobacco and pepper complement the flavours which show blackcurrant, smoky plum, tart cherry and a tiny note of pencil lead. Brisk acidity also comes through with a medium body and plush, lightly green tannins that linger on the tongue. Pair with strip steak and green peppercorn sauce. 87 points - tasted January 2020
