Dry, lime-zesty, grapefruit-laced zinger of a Riesling. Gotta try this one with Francois Chartier's sauteed shrimp with rosemary (Tastebuds and Molecules). Tasted November 2018.

Heady and saturated aromas of honey, honeysuckle, rose and high octane. Lovely and mouthfilling apricot, honey, candied citrus peel with a nip of tangerine acidity and a faint hint of botrytus. Try this with a peach crisp - use a light hand with the sugar or semi-firm cheeses. Tasted November 2018
Rich and dense aromatics and hefty on the palate - dark, ripe blackberry, black currant, dark chocolate, sweet spice, charcoal and leather - this is one burly Merlot. Enjoy with lamb shanks in a red wine reduction. Tasted November 2018

Light-bodied, pale, watery red coloured, cherry, raspberry, cough drop, roasted beet, hint of earth, savoury. Bit of a short, tannic finish, but nice and chewy. Tasted November 2018

A ripasso-style blend of Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir that I found pretty cool - combining the freshness of Gamay and earthy texture of Pinot Noir. Fruity cherry pluminess, juicy acidity, a little tree bark and decent depth and tannic structure with a medium finish. Pair with roasted root vegetable casserole. Tasted November 2018
