Tired of serving the same old snacks? This recipe for Canadian Provolone and Mango Chutney on a Cracker is a great twist on an old classic. The mango chutney gives delicious Canadian Provolone an unexpected punch, bringing out the cheese’s subtle smoky flavour.

Take couple’s night to the next level by pairing with a Sauvignon Blanc like Henri Bourgeois Petit Bourgeois if you’re a white wine lover, or Sol de Andes Reserva Especial Syrah if you love red. 1 oz (30 g) Canadian Provolone, sliced
5 whole-wheat crackers
2 tsp (10 ml) Indian mango chutney
Fresh cilantro, to taste


Cut Provolone slices to same size as crackers.Sol de Andes Reserva 2008
Cover crackers with Provolone.
Garnish with chutney and cilantro.
