Gorgeous floral aromatics on this organic wine has just 8 mg/l of free sulphur. Medium- to almost full-bodied with mouth-watering acidity for seafood and grilled chicken. Some white peach on the finish. Lovely, especially for the price. Pair with: sushi, Thai noodles in a light lemongrass sauce. Lemon sunshine swirls out of the glass, followed by ripe peach and pear. Some smoke and vanilla spice is deftly woven through orchard fruit on the palate. Full-bodied and mouth-filling.
