In this case, it was the Thai Shrimp & Lobster Burger with a tangy Asian slaw and tasty sweet potato fries served, of course, with the fruity medium-dry Riesling. The Azelia estate is still many a Barolo lover’s secret, established in Castiglione Falletto in 1920 by Cavalier Lorenzo Scavino, great-grandfather of the present proprietor Luigi Scavino.
