Le Gravillas Sablet 2015, Côtes Du Rhône-Villages, Rhône A.C., France: Le Gravillas Sablet 2015 is full-bodied Côtes Du Rhône-Villages red wine blend of Grenache and Syrah grapes. Love the ripe black plum, black raspberry, cedar spice and garrigue herbs flavours on this wine. Pair with a grilled striploin topped with creamy blue cheese. Wine grapes are organically and biodynamically farmed and the wine is estate bottled. This is a racy, mouth-watering Riesling with mineral, lime, grapefruit and flinty flavours on the palate. Incredible balancing act between sweetness and acidity. Pair with grilled pork chops and parsley spaetzle. Riesling food pairings: roast chicken, shrimp tempura, grilled salmon.
