Natalie's Score: 90/100

Delas Saint-Esprit 2017 is a bone-dry and refreshing rosé with wild strawberries, raspberry, spring rhubarb flavours. Lovely salmon pink colour here on Rhone rosé. This rosé is a zesty blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes produced in the saignée method of "bleeding" or siphoning off free-run juice after a short maceration on the skins. Pair with cold turkey sandwiches.

Rosé food pairings: summer salads, grilled chicken breast, calamari, grilled white fish.

This is a zesty blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes made in the saignée method or "bleeding" off the free-run juice after a short maceration on the skins – 18 hours in this case. This winery was founded 160 years ago and is owned by the Lallier-Deutz family, the same owners of Champagne Deutz. Pair with creamy cheeses. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
