Dry and refreshing with good balance and structure. The seven Alsatian grapes which comprise the blend of Princes Abbes range in style and contribute to the complexity. They are low yielding vines planted in sandstone soil slopes. Les Princes Abbés 2015 is a medium-bodied, dry and refreshing with great balance and structure. Starts with soft orange zest, lemon-curd and lime zest flavours. Ripe pear, apple and a light minerality are next. Great balance and elegance on this wine. Chill and enjoy now.

Pinot Gris food pairings: chicken cacciatore, pasta, potato salad, liver pâté, cheese.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
