An incredible pinot noir for this price point, and its organic to boot. Tart cherries and fresh earth give this medium-bodied, silky, mouth-watering wine lots of character and versatility for food. Food matches: pot roast with mushrooms, quail, planked salmon. Drink: 2012 – 2015 292995 13.5% D 750 ml $13.95 Score: 88/100

This recipe also pairs well with Gilles Louvet O Chardonnay, which will be coming soon to the LCBO.

  1. The recipe looks very yummy, may be it will be my tonight’s dinner. It’s also a terrific price for Organic Pinot Noir from France, dear Natalie, if you recommend it, I will go for it because my wallet already suffered from Christmas shopping))

  2. Thank you Natalie MacLean for including our wine in your blog. Your opinion is greatly valued by us and your readership. Thank you for helping introduce this Organic wine to the Ontario market!
