Baked Pumpkin Slices
1,5 kg pumpkin
20 g pumpkin seeds
1 rosemary sprig
Salt to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
20 g flaked almonds
- Cut the pumpkin into slices, oil a baking tray and place them on.
- Sprinkle them with oil and chopped rosemary.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, pumpkin seeds and almonds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
- Serve with Monte Zovo Sa’ Solin Valpolicella Ripasso
