Love it! Sour cherry with attractive cranberry and beetroot aromas. I'm absolutely floored that this style of red wine is produced in Quebec. I'll be following this winery.

Reviews and Ratings

Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

That's a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Cabernet Franc and 15% Baco Noir.

Light ruby color whith beautiful aromas of candied fruits, cigar box and spice!

On the palate, this wine is balanced.
That's a light bodied wine with round tannins.

Serve this wine at 15-16 degrees.
This wine is ready to drink now, but can be aged 2-3 years.
Pair it with spicy dishes or withe meat.
Chris Coughlin - WSET level 3 grad rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Medium+ aromas and palate of ripe plum, cherry, and some raisin. This wine is up to the task of BBQ with the sauce. Enjoy.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A balanced, complex wine at an excellent price. Aromas abound, with plum, black cherry, green olive, cigar box, mint and earthiness. The taste is similar with finish that has some nice round tannins and features that olive note. Very nice, especially for those with a taste for old-world wines. This wine would be very nice with a chicken or pork shishkebab.
Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale ruby colour, ripe cherry, candy and some floral aromas. Low tannins and decent acidity. Nice overall balance. Prime for a beer can BBQ chicken.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Powerful and savoury wine. Aromas are dark plum and cherry, rosemary, pepper, and wet leaves. Medium-full bodied and tannic, could use some decanting before servinc. Flavour is also distinctly savoury, with cherry, black olive, herb and pepper.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Earth and cherry aromas with plum, cherry and oak flavors lingering into a smooth and lasting finish.
Sean O'Regan - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

June 22, 2014: Deep ruby, nose is initially a little reductive, but with some time in the glass improves to show red fruits, sour cherry, some volatile acidity, herb and minerality. The palate is somewhat tart with raspberry, sour cranberry/cherry and balsamic notes. Light tannins and a medium sour cherry, vanilla finish. Give this at least 30 mins to open up and soften.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A clear medium ruby red wine with aromas of oak, vanilla, earth and red plums. Bright flavours of red plums, slight spice and vanilla on palate.
Great with roast chicken.
Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Plum / Red & Black Licorice / Mushroom / Earthy Cherry / Herbacious, medium bodied.

Chicken breasts stuffed with mushrooms, spinach and Gruyere cheese please.
