Philippe scored this wine: 88/100

Clear yellow color with golden hue. Notes of honey, honeydew and apricot. It's soft, light-bodied and medium long on the palate. Pair it with sushi. Serve it at 8-10 degrees. Enjoyable now but can be aged 2-3 years again. I'm not sure what kind of grapes in this wine but with my experience, i'm guessing it's a blend mainly made of Riesling completed by Gewurztraminer.

Barbaresco is made of 100% Nebbiolo. Clear garnet color with notes of dry plum, rose flower and undergrowth. It's full-bodied and there's still a bit of bitterness so you can keep this wine an other 3-5 years in your cellar. Pair it with a T-Bone steak. Serve it at 15-17 degrees.
