It's a blend of 43% Pilotage, 33% Merlot, 22% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 2% Cabernet-Franc. Clear purple color with aromas of cranberry, cherry, plum, spice and chocolate. It's medium-bodied, long and silky on the palate. Pair it with a butter chicken Samosa. Serve it between 15-17 degrees. Pour it in carafe 30 minutes before serving. Can be aged 8-10 years.
