It's a blend of the 7 grapes includes 18% Chardonnay, 18% Pinot Meunier, 17% Pinot Blanc, 15% Petit Meslier, 14% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Gris and 8% Arbanne. The color is clear golden. Aromas of apple, maple, sea salt and toasted brioche. It's rich, aromatic and light-bodied. Pair it with oysters. Serve it at 5-6 degrees. Enjoyable now.

I still had one of these bottle in my cellar! It's made of 100% Pinot Noir. Clear Ruby color with orange hue. Aromas of dead leaf, undergrowth, cherry, strawberry and clove. It's savory, light-bodied and long on the palate. Enjoyable now but can be aged 3-5 years. Serve it at 14-15 degrees. Take it on its own or pair it with withe meats.
