Philippe reviewed this wine:

It's a blend of weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris). Beautiful clear pink/grey color with notes of golden apple, strawberry and flower. On the palate, it's fresh, complex and balanced. Take it on its own or pair it with lobster. Serve it between 8-10 egrees. Ready to drink but can be aged 2 years.
