The L’Acadie Vineyards Prestige Brut Sparkling Wine 2010 is a great bubbly at $25. On the nose apple, honey, fresh bread make it very enjoyable. On the palate it delivers a refreshing experience. Tasted January 31, 2016 (91/100)
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lovely MacIntosh apple and brioche on the nose of this Organic Sparkling Wine made in the traditional method in Nova Scotia's beautiful Gaspereau Valley. Lively palate with apple, peach, honey, brioche and a touch of citrus. Fine mousse and bright finish.
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale yellow, toasty, green apple and quite nutty - bitter almond and hazelnut, especially on the finish. Close your eyes and picture yourself on a porch overlooking the Gaspereau valley...
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Orchard fruit, baked apple, and sweet pastries on the nose. Five years of aging on its lees has given this vintage bubbly great texture and the lively mousse cleanses the palate beautifully. An impressive sparkling wine from Canada's east coast. Tasted January 2016. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Bill Wright Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Fruity on the nose and in the mouth. Good body with a refreshing finish.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Sweet (cooked) apple, apricot, and buttered fresh bread. Tight, fizzy bubbles. Very refreshing. Try with smoked salmon.
Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A crisp, dry sparkling that does not disappoint. From NS, that seems to be a burgeoning region for sparkling wines and varietals that grow well in a cooler climate. Very good for the price.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A wonderful 2010 vintage declared at 11.5% ABV. This wine is vinified traditional method style with no dosage, certified organic grapes, 5 years on lees. Aromatics of apricot brioche, walnut, asian pear, bread crust. Tart with high acidity, this wine is accessibly priced and ready to enjoy with almost anything. Enjoy 2016-2020.
Valérie Dufour - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Bubbly aromas make me happy. This wine has a really nice nose of buttery pastries. The bubbles are nice in the mouth, the acidity is crisp. Very well made sparkling from Nova Scotia.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A pretty Canadian sparkler with aromas of yellow apple, apricot, bread, lemon, and minerality. The apricot comes through more in the taste, supported by bright acidity.
Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 70/100 with the following review:

The bubbles are quite aggressive…
Presentation: Busy.
Appearance: Light yellow
Nose: Light marzipan
Taste: Small bubbles and flowery taste, some slate.
Finish: Not much of a finish.
Overall impression: A little too flowery for my taste and aggressive bubbles.
Value: 2 out of 5
