Reviews and Ratings

Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Floral notes combined with nectarine and honeysuckle, that transform to a lingering citrus finish. Perfect with light fish dishes or spring mix salads.
Tasted Nov 2016.
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 - WSET3 Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

If you want to impress your friends and serve them something they will have a hard time pronouncing, let alone spelling this would be a great wine to serve. A great price point for a light, floral crisp summer wine. Aromas of lemon and light floral notes. High acidity and a long mouth watering finish. Chill and bring out on the patio with some chilled garlic shrimp appetizers. Tasted November 29, 2016.
Lise Charest Gagne rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Attention Pinot Grigio drinkers this is superb value for a patio sipper. Fresh, crisp and smooth white wine that rivals 30+$ wines. Aromas of silky orange melon, grapefruit and green apple. The acidity is cleansing leaving a pleasant dry lemon curd clean finish. This makes me want coconut shrimp or a garden fresh green salad with goat cheese. A great white wine for someone who thinks they don’t want to drink white wine.
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Crisp and clean with melon and lemon on the nose and palate. Long, lemony finish. Would pair well with white fish and brown butter. Tasted March 2017.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A refreshing dry white wine from Mantinia, Greece in the Pelopponnese region. Shows pretty white floral, melon and citrus aromas, melon and herbal flavours and herbal finish.
Tasted March 2017
Trevor Sabourin - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This wine is 100% moschofilero, a grape native to the Mantinia region of Greece, and somewhat reminiscent of muscat (though usually dry), but with non-grapey, more citrusy fruit character. This wine has aromas of tangerine, nectarine, ripe pink grapefruit, and red apple, along with delicate traces of rosewater, orange blossom, white pepper, ginger, and honey. On the palate it is dry (the nose suggests otherwise), with the citrus and spice dominating, though the orchard fruit and floral notes come back to join the citrus and spice on the finish. The balance and complexity are good, and this wine is delicate and crisp, while still being quite aromatic. An excellent value. Pair with seafood or lighter chicken dishes. Tasted Oct. 2016.
Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This wine is shy on the nose at first but opens up as it warms up. At first, just salinity comes through, then slowly lemon and something akin to licorice work their way in. On the palate, it is mid weight, with lemon and that licorice again! Salinity it on the finish. Pair with calamari and a splash of lemon.
Valérie Dufour - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale crystal clear robe. Honeydew melon nose with white flowers on the nose. Low acidity mouth, but nice retro of melon. A wine to celebrate the spring! Rare to find a gem like this that will surprise wine lovers in this price range. Light and festive enough on its own, but would also be perfect with a vongole linguini.
Olivier de Maisonneuve rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Floral and slightly spicy nose,Reminds me a bit of muscat, in the mouth. A nicely aromatic dry white wine that will soon leave you staring at the empty bottom of the bottle.
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Dry, zesty and "salty" with elements of preserved lemon/lemon blossom, melon and green almond. Great with shellfish or try grilling chicken with a lemon-olive oil marinade.
Jacky Blisson rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Youthful green flecked, straw colour. Intiguing charred notes floral, fruity aromas. Smooth and rounded on the palate, with moderate acidity and a soft finish. Simple, easydrinking white to consume young.
Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted this wine March 19th 2017. Light colour and very clear. On the nose citrus flavours. More citrus on the palate complex and a nice refreshing finish. This wine is easy to guzzle and you can drink it on its own. I had BBQ pork tenderloin with an applewood and hickory smoked BBQ sauce and this wine blended in well with the taste. I would drink this wine again on a seaside beach in Greece.
