Featherstone's Joy Premium Cuvée is a medium-weight sparkler made in the traditional method from 100% Pinot Noir wine grapes hand-harvested from the Niagara Peninsula wine region. Wine grapes were whole-clustered pressed and the cuvée rested on its lees for 12 months prior to disgorgement. Flavours of wild strawberry, raspberry fairly dance across the palate in a gentle, frothy mousse and finishes long and zesty on the palate.
Sparkling Rosé food pairings: pasta, lightly spiced curry dishes, lamb stew, white turkey meat.

Leesy nose with a bit of sulphuric that blows off. Red fruit. Crisp with apple, strawberry on the nose. Fine persistent bubbles with a juicy finish. Great value.

What better to celebrate the holiday season but with some JOY! Pretty peachy-pink with fresh raspberry, orange blossom tarragon, very strong notes of pink grapefruit on the palate, along with a backbone of bitter pith. A balance of sweet and savoury and tangy. Would go well with a salad of arugula, peach, and feta or trout roasted with lemon. A lovely hostess gift or bring to a party, it will go with almost anything!.

A fresh vibrant bubbly with intense floral notes and long lingering blood orange, grapefruit and wild strawberry flavours. It's great to have some 'Joy' in life if not only during the holiday season. EnJOY with smoked salmon paté and salty crostinis. Tasted Nov 2018 by @sommsosa.

Light fluffy medium bubbles and a flowing mousse. Elements of raspberries and toasty crostini with rocky touches. Flavours show raspberry and cherry lime sorbet. Clean and crisp with some fruit driven sweetness at the back. Pair with small plates and chicken bites. 89 points. - tasted November 2018

Fantastic traditional method Niagara bubbly. Love the pink with orange hue, fine bubbles, energetic effervescence. Blood orange, pink grapefruit zest, hint of wild strawberry. Beautiful minerality. Pairs well with smoked salmon canapés. Tasted 2016 vintage in November 2018. 89+ points

Faint aromas of strawberry and hay. Quite effervescent bubbles and zippy and tart flavours of lime and raspberry.
Pair with your next special occasion if you want to change it up from sparkling wine.

Nose: earthy strawberry/cherry, red licorice, floral, light mineral notes
Palate: fieldberry, fleshy red plum, sweet apple, light to medium body, fruity but finishing dry.
Pair with: on its own as an aperitif, charcuterie boards with soft, creamy or semi-form medium-aged cheeses, strawberries and fresh cream, salmon dishes with simple herby flavours.
