Good persistent creamy mousse. Lovely notes of apple pie, brioche, zest, and nuttiness. Long tart apple finish. Light with lively acidity. Hits the sub-$20 price point.
Great aperitif.

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This wine shows fine persistent bubbles, and pale straw colour, 12% ABV. Crisp, tart, refreshing high acidity. Aromatics of nutty, crisp green apple, bread crust, wet limestone minerality. Enjoythis accessibly-priced bubbly with almost anything.
Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Tart green apples in the opening and closing, toasted baguette, and orange rind throughout, with consistent and continuous bubbles. A great value fizzy!
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A fresh and lively Cremant de Limoux comprised of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac, and Pinot Noir from the south of France. Sweet orchard fruit, with biscuit on the nose and palate, this easy going bubbly would be great to enjoy with friends and pretty much anything you'd like. My choice hors d'oeuvres, soft cheese like Bourson, and served chilled in a bucket of ice. Tasted January 2016. 89 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Bill Wright Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Crisp, fine bubbles, aromas of green apple and lemon with some toasty notes. nice citrus and warm biscuit flavours on the palate. Try with a variety of seafood appetizers.
Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

For the price this is a great value sparkling. There are biscuity notes, with green apple and lemon zest. It is light, crisp and is easy to drink.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Lovely pronounced floral, baked apple and orange zest notes escape the glass initially. After a few seconds all spice and sweet toasted nuts reveal to the nose and the palate. The palate reflects the aromas with tart apple cider being the predominant note. This sparkling wine is high acid, light bodied and refreshing. I look forward to enjoying this easy drinking bubbly with bacon wrapped scallops! Tasted Jan 2016.
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A good value sparkling wine. Crisp green apple, stone fruit and yeasty notes. There's a lively acidity on the palate. This wine would pair well with soft cheeses and charcuterie. Tasted January 31, 2016.
Valérie Dufour - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Timid nose. Crisp. Good sparkling but nothing special about it. I would pair it with oysters from Bretagne.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Lemon, lime, green apple on the nose - crisp acidity and very lively on the palate. Lingering flavors of citrus and sour crabapples. Good value.
Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 72/100 with the following review:

A little on the harsh side…
Presentation: Basic label.
Appearance: Light yellow
Nose: Light, green apples
Taste: Sharp, small bubbles, lemons, green apples, asparagus.
Finish: sour back end.
Overall impression: A little too aggressive for my taste.
Value: 2.5 out of 5
