A lovely, fresh Old World Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. Aromas of lemon and chives. Soft acidity and a medium-bodied weight. Perfect for seafood.
Sancerre food pairings: goat cheese salad topped with dried cranberries, grilled seafood, creamy pasta dishes.

On the nose, there are juicy peach and green apple aromas, as well as tropical fruit, predominantly pineapple, and mineral notes with subtle hints of vanilla.
It is pretty round on the palate, with tart green apple, peach and lemon flavours as well as mineral notes and a touch of pineapple. It has good acidity and would pair well with chicken in a cream sauce.

Faint aromas of lemon and straw. Medium-bodied, smooth and well balanced with green apple and lime flavours.
Would pair well with citrus-based seafood dishes.
This ain't your mama's Sauvignon Blanc! If you have shied away from Sauv Blanc, I encourage you to give this wine a try.

Presentation: A distinctive, art deco label
Appearance: Medium gold
Nose: Medium-pronounced nose with notes of elderflower and asparagus, wet stone and a hint of citrus rind
Taste: Dry, full body, medium-high acidity, citrus rind, calcium, white flowers, herbaceous, and a sharp back end
Finish: long, sour, white fruit and flower finish
Overall impression: A full-bodied classic Sauvignon Blanc. A good representation of the varietal. Will work with summer fare like salads

Pale straw in colour with aromas of peach, white grapefruit, minerality and green apple. It is light bodied with mouthwatering acidity and flavours of white grapefruit, peach and tart green apple. This is a great example of why Sancerre is so highly sought after. It is as complex as it is tasty.
Very pale yellow in colour.
Gunflint, pepper, white peach, and melon.
Fresh flavours of bell pepper, sweat pea, starfruit, petrichor (like when it rains out), and melon.

This wine is very fresh with just a touch of creaminess at the finish, which lingers. Initially, green apple and white grapefruit, cut herb, and a lingering note of buttercream. Would be great paired with a simple salad of cucumber dressed in white wine vinegar, salty feta, something with avocado.

A light delicate pale straw colour - almost colourless. The bouquet features, grapefruit citrus, lime peels apple stems, fennel and a chalky touch. Flavours are zingy, integrated with crips green apples, lemongrass, light grass and a hint of aniseed spices persisting with a white peppercorns adding some heat at the back. Medium plus acidity, with a light body and finish, minerals carry through. Suitable to pair with herbed goats cheese and caraway infused Gouda. 88 points - tasted May 6, 2018
