Aromas of pineapple, lemon, lime, mango and a hint of cooked asparagus. Bright on the palate, acidity is mouthwatering but not over the top and nicely balanced with fresh citrus and tropical flavours. Enjoy with cold shrimp salads, goats cheese, or other fresh summer fare.
