I was surprised at this port mostly because I haven't tried many of the white variety. (I love tawny!) Makes a lovely after-dinner drink to sip on its own or with biscotti or fruit-based desserts.
White Port food pairings: aperitif, over ice with tonic and mint, almonds.

Intriguing flavours of dried fruit, marzipan, herbal nuances and crushed nuts on this delicious White Port. Will try it again, chilled, with foie gras next time.

Pretty coppery colour, lovely dried apricot, marzipan, peach and melon with a touch of candied peel on the nose and palate. Zippy acidity accentuates and plays up the sweet flavours. Just the thing with a handful of marcona almonds.

Lighter than a tawny port but still just as delicious. Aromas of almond, brioche and some minerality. Nice balance of sweetness and acidity. This would be a great wine to sip with some almond cookies or dried biscotti. Tasted Oct. 2/2016

A pretty pale amber coloured port with gorgeous aromas and flavours to match of sultana raisins, toffee covered almonds and creme brulee. So yummy! This is a lovely sweet treat supper with company or as an after dinner indulgence. Pair with mixed nuts and chocolate mousse. 88 points - tasted November 2018

Lovely! Aromas of almond, dried apricots, and toffee. Rich on the palate, with a nice balance of fruit and sweet caramel notes. Enjoy with creme brule, or almond based desserts.
2 ounces white port
Dash of lime juice
2 ounces tonic water
1 slice of bitter melon or cucumber, plus 2 slices of seedless green grapes, skewered on a toothpick
Combine the port and lime juice in a wineglass with ice. Add the tonic. Garnish with the bitter melon or cucumber and grapes.
Well balanced fragrant nose combining aromas of mellow fruit and delicate hints of honey and fine oak. Round and velvety on the palate with a long soft finish full of delicious ripe fruity flavours.
