Echeverria Limited Edition Cabernet Sauvignon 2014, Central Valley D.O., Chile: From Echeverria, this is a limited edition, full-bodied red blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah and 5% Carmenère wine grapes. Rich on the nose with ripe cherries, blackberries and plums and dry on the palate with minty herbs, pepper and savoury spice with a lingering dark chocolate finish. Nicely done and delicious.
