Love this white Meritage blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon produced from organically-grown grapes and vinified in stainless steel to preserve delicate fruit and floral flavours. Ripe melon, citrus curd, ripe apple, pear and a lingering fresh grass and herb finish on this vibrant white blend and a perfect pairing to grilled salmon dishes.

Food pairings: oysters Rockefeller, poached salmon in white wine sauce, grilled shrimp.

Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lemon, citrus blossom, ripe fruit aromas and a suggestion of sweetness on the nose. Dry wine with fresh acidity, and a surplus of tropical fruit flavours on the palate and through the finish. Look for pineapple and mango with an underlying wet stone note. Vinification in stainless steel aids in keeping all of the lovely subtleties in this beau blanc. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, organic, and delicious. Serve with tilapia topped with mango onion salsa.
Château Les Hauts De Lagarde 2018 is a zesty, vibrant Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon white wine blend from the Bordeaux Wine Region. Produced from organically-grown wine grapes. Fermented in stainless steel tank to preserve fruit freshness, there are fresh herb and bright apple, grassy, white floral and citrus zest flavours on the palate. - Community Wine Reviews
