Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous plump plum dominant, with elegant baking spice. Well balanced, integrating well. Enjoyed thoroughly with a spaghetti bolognese and fresh Parmesan. Tasted 2016 vintage in April 2019. 14.9% declared ABV. 91 points. Great value.
Julian Park rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A complex nose of mixed berries and baking spices. The palate is dry with rich ripe tannins and intense flavours of black cherry, red plum, chocolate and toasty oak. A perfect pairing with bold burgers and beef dip.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Oh so good. Stewed black plums, faint leathery aromas and sumptuous raspberry-cassis dark chocolate flavours. Flavours are yummy and juicy with a silky smooth mouthfeel and pairs very well with fig balsamic-glazed BBQed portobello mushrooms. Tasted April 2019 by @sommsosa.
