Trail Estate Wild Ferment Riesling 2016, Lincoln Lakeshore, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: A lovely, medium-bodied Riesling from Hillier in Prince Edward County. This off-dry style offers aromas of toasted apples, peach and pear.
