A stunning Niagara icewine made from the Riesling grape, which provides excellent balancing acidity to the natural sweetness in this wine. Luscious, unctuous and decadent. Perfect on its own after-dinner or with toasted nuts and hard cheeses.

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

Year after year, this Canadian gem shines. This Canadian - Niagara VQA Riesling Icewine shows wild flower honey, ripe bartlett pear, juicy sweet orchard peach. Big juicy mouthwatering acidity, well balanced. Tasted 2016 vintage in March 2018. Pairs well with peach cobbler, apple crumble, creamy Stilton cheesecake. 94 points
Colin McKone - Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Straw in colour with aromas of peach, lychee and honeysuckle. It is naturally sweet with well balanced acidty to match. It is teaming with flavours of honey and peach syrup. Enjoy after dinner on its own or with a fruit cocktail. Tasted on March 11, 2018.
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Lovely decayed apple, quince, and candied lemon curd. It's creamy and dense with enough acidity on the finish to make it interesting. 92 Points.
