Two Sisters Vineyards Senza Cabernet Sauvignon 2016, Niagara, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: Senza means "without" as this wine was bottled and made without sulfur added and was not filtered or fined. I tasted a barrel sample (March 2018) and it was very young ... lots of great ripe dark fruit up front, but it needs cellar time to come together on the palate and finish.
