Terrific layers of flavour in this iconic BC Pinot Noir, yet it's not heavy at all. Aromas of fleshy ripe black cherries, violets and some dark spice on the nose follow through on the palate. Lots of juicy, mouth-watering acidity for roast turkey or chicken.

Pinot Noir food pairings: herb crusted chicken, roasted lamb, savoury slow cooked game.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Medium purple with a ruby hue
Aromas of tart cherry, red plums, earthy potting soil, light tobacco and a hint of gamey smoked meat. Engaging. Flavours show cranberry, crisp tart red apples and star anise. High acidity, light body and finish with lingering but forgiving, suitable tannins. Bright and young. Can drink now but also suitable to age allowing it to soften a little. Pair with sun dried tomato topped meat lovers pizza or smoked sausages. 87 points- tasted April 2018
