Crisp, clean unoaked Niagara Chardonnay that shows its nervy cool climate roots. Aromas of green apple. Lots of juicy acidity. Pair with roast turkey or chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: savoury steaks and roast beef, slow cooked beef or pork, wild game with rich berry sauces.

Reviews and Ratings

Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Another splendid Chardonnay from winemaker Ilya Senchuk waving the flag of cool. Clean and mouthwatering grapefruit, citrus, fresh herb with a juicy, nutty, subtle buttery finish. Delicious with pan-fried pickerel I'm sure.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
