A tart, juicy, mouth-watering Prince Edward County Rose with aromas of sour dark cherry and cranberry. This is made mostly from Gamay grapes with 5% Pinot Noir. Medium-bodied. Pair with planked salmon.

Food pairings: raw and lightly cooked seafood, like raw seared tuna and also try it with goats’ cheeses..

Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Tart cherry, pithy blood orange and wet stone minerality notes dominate aromas. Acidity is medium-high, the body is light and finish is (too) long and pithy. Oddly balanced and unstructured. Tasted July 2017 by @sommsosa | bepsoketastings.ca

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
