Red Wine

Cecchi Valore di Famiglia Gran Selezione Chianti Classico 2016, Tuscany D.O.C.G., Italy: From the Tuscany wine region, Cecchi Valore di Famiglia 2016 Chianti Classico is a mouth-watering Sangiovese with bright cherry, red plum, earthy florals and dried sweet tobacco leaf flavours finishing mouth-wateringly long on the palate. Tannins are firm. Good now, better in 2022 when the wine has had a chance to marry and mellow. Good cellaring candidate. Chianti Classico food pairings: meaty-lover's pizza, meaty lasagne, roast chicken with peppers and olives. Drink: 2022 - 2038 18925 13.5% XD 750 mL $39.95 Score: 95/100. July 2022. Top Rated Red Wine Full Review Add to Shopping Cart

Megalomaniac Pink Slip Rosé 2020, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: Megalomaniac Pink Slip 2020 is a bright and juicy rosé produced from Gamay, Pinot Noir and Merlot. The wine is dry, medium-bodied with a mouthful of strawberry, raspberry, ripe red cherry and fine herb flavours on the palate. No pink slip here, just a lovely fragrant, juicy Niagara Peninsula rosé to chill and pour with lamb kebabs or grilled salmon. A real crowd-pleaser. Produced by John Howard Cellars of Distinction. Rosé food pairings: lox and capers, grilled salmon steak, shellfish. Drink: 2022 - 2024 85126 12% D 750 mL $19.95 Score: 88/100. July 2022. Best Value Rosé Wine Full Review Add to Shopping Cart
