Megalomaniac Pink Slip 2020 is a bright and juicy rosé produced from Gamay, Pinot Noir and Merlot. The wine is dry, medium-bodied with a mouthful of strawberry, raspberry, ripe red cherry and fine herb flavours on the palate. No pink slip here, just a lovely fragrant, juicy Niagara Peninsula rosé to chill and pour with lamb kebabs or grilled salmon. A real crowd-pleaser. Produced by John Howard Cellars of Distinction.

Rosé food pairings: lox and capers, grilled salmon steak, shellfish.
