From the Mosel wine region, Max Ferd. Richter Elisenberger 2019 Riesling Spätlese is concentrated and generous with ripe peach, elderflower, apple, pear, lemon curd, lime zest and nougat flavours creamy with laser acidity on the palate. Developing beautifully and will continue to do so over the next 10 to 20 years.

Riesling Spätlese food pairings: spicy Korean ribs from the grill, grilled pork chops, smoked ham hocks cooked in Sauerkraut, baked apple desserts.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
