From Stratus Vineyards in the Niagara-On-The-Lake wine region, Wildass 2021 is an excellent value rosé under $20. Produced from sustainably grown Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling grapes. Zesty on the palate, look for fresh red cherry, fine herbs, watermelon, spicy and flinty mineral flavours balanced with fresh acidity. Chill and enjoy with veggie burgers and salads.

Rosé food pairings: lox and capers, grilled salmon steak, shellfish, fresh fruit, veggies, pasta primavera.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
