From the Uco Valley, Matias Riccitelli's The Apple Doesn't Fall Far From The Tree 2020 Torrontés is a medium-bodied white wine produced from 40-year-old vines. Floral on the nose with white rose petals, fresh and fruity with rose petals, ripe citrus, white peach flavours crisp and creamy on the palate. Matías Riccitelli, son of the legendary Argentine winemaker Jorge Riccitelli, is the "apple" in this case. Matias used his experience, knowledge and passion to set up his own winery in 2009.

Torrontés food pairings: salads, sushi, grilled chicken dishes with mango salsa.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
