Wakefield Shiraz 2010
Tasting note:
Here’s a big, ripe Aussie shiraz, with pronounced aromas of oak, blackberry and blueberry alongside some interesting graphite and floral/violet notes. The palate is dry, full and soft, with ripe tannins, medium acidity and lots of chocolate and oak. There are lovely blackberry, plum and black pepper tones throughout the extensive finish.
