Reviews and Ratings

Cherie Cole rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A seriously great wine for the price! Full-bodied with firm tannins, dark fruit with earthy and leather notes. Pair with rare beef or mature cheeses. Tasted Sept. 2017
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Medium ruby with a garnet-brick hue. Pronounced aromas of cassis, dark plum, stewed fruit, leaves, earthiness, tobacco, leather, leaves, smoke, dark chocolate and hint of cigar box and cayenne pepper heat. Flavours consist of light skinned plum, stewed fruit, ripe strawberry, fruit compote and a hint of nutmeg and fresh bay leaves. Medium plus acidity, full bodied with high, pronounced well integrated tannins. Pair with prosciutto, olives and smoked cheddar. 90 points - October 2017
Hedvig rated this wine as 86/100
