Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pretty, bright, and fresh! Aromas of red cherry and strawberry, with hints of black pepper, graphite, and herbal hints. Medium bodied with bright acidity, vibrant red fruits on the palate with crunchy mineral and dried herbal notes. This wine would perfectly accompany grilled sausages and burgers on the grill.
Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

The Peller Estates Private Reserve Gamay Noir 2019 pleases with its simplicity and freshness. The wine shows aromas of sour cherry, raspberry, black tea, tree bark and truffle. Light-bodied with supple acidity, the wine delivers a fruity and long finish. Palate: Sour cherry, plum, rhubarb, tree bark and cocoa. Enjoy.
