Domaine La Roquète 2008 Wine Review
Natalie's Score: 91/100Pepper sprinkled on top of bruiser black fruit. Full-bodied but pleasantly and seductively slippery smooth. Quite a spectacular dinner party wine, party if the conversation hasn’t got rolling yet.

I very much enjoy this full-bodied wine which tastes and smells of black cherries. A nice mix of grapes: 70% grenache + 20% syrah + 10% mourvedre. I discovered it at a steakhouse in Calgary and went really well with a medium rare filet mignon. I've also paired it with hard cheeses. I always make sure I have a bottle at home.
