Classic PEC pinot noir! Cranberry and beetroot with fresh earth and tart cherries. Love this style and it's so markedly different from Niagara.

Reviews and Ratings

Dante rated this wine as 94/100
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Tasted in 2018. Still showing nice vibrant cherry and strawberry on the nose, along with some warm spice, leather and some mineral notes. Light to medium bodied, with nice cherry on the palate, along with that warm spice and leather. Finish is medium to long and acidity is medium +. Lovely and still tasting vibrant and full of flavour. Enjoy even for a few more years with pork tenderloin.
Paul Battilana rated this wine as 90/100
Nick Onischuk - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The CASA-DEA PINOT NOIR 2009 is a pleasantly surprising pinot noir from Prince Edward County. Earthy, mineral, cherry, red fruit and spice come through in the nose. This is a light wine with a medium to long finish of minerals and cherry. 89/100 – tasted July 28, 2013
This lovely PEC wine offers exceptional value for Pinot Noir.
