Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This elegant Rioja white shows melon, tropical fruit and lime notes with pretty white floral fragrances. Dry and medium-bodied, it makes a lovely accompaniment to a seafood stew or steamed clams. Excellent value at $14.95.

Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Lots of ripe tropical melon, zippy lime zest and fragrant white floral. Lovely on its own or with light seafood appetizers. Great value at under $15.
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

There is so much life in this wine. It's serious, and for $15 a true steal. There's lemon, verbena, white and yellow flowers, lanolin, cut grass and a hit of unripe stone fruit. Pretty juicy stuff. 90 Points.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Bright and refreshing. Aromas of lemon and lemon zest, white peach and some white pepper. Bright acidity, very citrus, lemon-lime on the palate with a smoother finish. Enjoy with seafood or white fish.
From the Rioja wine region Vetiver (2014) is made from 100% Viura (also known as Macabeo), a white wine grape indigenous to the region. Wine from this grape is typically, floral with pear, tropical notes, quince and honey flavours. Nicely textured. - Community Wine Reviews
