A pretty floral white with aromas of lime blossom. A zesty, crisp acidity makes it a versatile food companion. This blend of seven grapes leads with riesling, ehrenfelser and chardonnay musque.

A unique blend of Riesling, Ehrenfelser, Chardonnay Musqué, Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel, Gewürztraminer, and Sauvignon Blanc, this wine has flavours and aromas of apricot, peach, lime and floral hints with refreshing acidity and medium body.
Enjoy on its own or pair with grilled veggies, and summer salads.

This crisp white wine is made from a blend of 7 Ontario varietals.
Mild lemon and green apple notes aromas and palate. High acidity makes it a great match for salads.

June 22, 2014: Pale yellow with green apple and mineral/petrol notes. Simple palate of green apple, citrus lemon and medium length candied lemon finish. Light bodied with good seam of acidity, this might work with oysters.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Lemon, apple, and some tropical notes. Crisp and tangy apple flavour with ample minerality. A light and refreshing wine that would go well with a creamy pasta primavera.
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Herbaceous notes on the nose, including some flinty minerality, petrol and asparagus. Refreshing acidity. Nice blend to enjoy with spicy dishes or a summer salad.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Lemon, green apple and a very light touch of melon. Perhaps a nice summer patio wine.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

A little on the light side. Offers citrus aromas with apple and lemon flavors.
Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Light yellow with watery edges, stone fruit and lemon notes. High acid, and a zesty finish, could be a little better balanced. Would pair well with scallops seared in butter.

Low to medium low intensity here. Flavours and aromas of: citrus, lemon and some apple notes, crisp mouth watering acidity.
