Crafted from hand-harvested grapes, certified organic. Refreshing honeycrisp apple, peach, lime and slight wet stone aromatics, repeated on a crisp, mouthwatering palate. Excellent balance and fresh citrus finish. Pair with Asian cuisine or smoked trout salad.

This is an organic and biodynamic Riesling from the Nova Scotia winery Lightfoot & Wolfville. Off dry with 17 g/l of sugar offset by some nice acidity. Aromas of honey and peach. Lots of flavour with white stone fruit with some peach predominant. Low alcohol - only 11% makes it an easy drinking wine. Pair with asian dumplings. Tasted September 16, 2018.

Organic and biodynamic, riesling from Annapolis Valley's Lightfoot and Wolfville. Lots of ripe stone fruits - peach, nectarine and apricot. Flavours encompass lime citrus, yellow plums, herbal freshness, golden apples and honeydew rinds. Fresh and fruity with well integrated medium plus acidity and a light body. Pair with barbecued honey garlic chicken. 90 points - tasted September 2018

This is a really cool wine. Lightfoot and Wolfville's Riesling is grown on the glacial till and sandy loam of Annapolis in Nova Scotia. They are turning a lot of heads for their remarkablly unique terroir.
It is sooo aromatic and fruity. Lily of the valley, fern, dried rose petal, quince, cherimoya, starfruit, and apple.
It has a very delicate colour; pale lemon.
The flavours are soft. It is a sussreserve (meaning a portion of the unfermented juice is reintroduced to add. Sweetness).
An aromatic feast! Pair this with something that won't hide those wonderful aromas. Quail on a salad would be great.

Lovely! Aromas of honeysuckle, peach, pear, and wet stone. Lovely balance, nice combination of fruit, acidity and minerality. Enjoy with slightly spicy dishes, or any seafood.
